Stephanie Di Grazia is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach based in Toronto. After graduating from York University with an Honours Degree in Psychology, she decided to follow her passions for both food and health. Her interest and experience with a holistic healing approach from a young age led her to attend the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. After struggling with weight and several health issues for a number of years, holistic wellness has been a significant aspect of her personal health journey. Through her education Stephanie has developed an extensive understanding of how foods, supplements, and natural products can help to manage illness and optimize health. She is now an advocate of healthy living, and the benefits of healthy diet.

Stephanie has also guest starred on local television shows as a holistic expert, as well as presented at tradeshows and health expos like the CanFit World Fitness Expo. Through social impact she intends to make strides towards a global health movement.
